CEO Seminar Set for Senior Store Fixture Executives

Hollywood, FL (May 3, 2001)—A CEO Seminar for store fixture manufacturers has been developed by the National Association of Store Manufacturers (NASFM). NASFM's CEO Seminar is scheduled to debut June 20-22, 2001 in Chicago, IL.

The CEO Seminar is designed around the diverse and demanding responsibilities of senior executives. The topics selected for the program were from among those rated most important by store fixture industry leaders. Specific topics to be discussed in-depth include: organizational continuance, strategic business planning, the impact and future of industry consolidation, an economic overview, and industry profitability, which will include a exclusive sneak peak at NASFM's 2001 PROFIT Report.

An interactive retail forum will also be held, featuring Stephen Dennis, Kohls, Michael Saubert, Sears, Roebuck & Co.; and Kim Zachary, Gap. Break out sessions will be held on Internet strategies, retention and compensation incentives, and contract clauses. Participants include fixture manufacturing company owners, presidents, CEOs, and other upper-level managers.

NASFM is an international, not-for-profit association representing the store fixture manufacturing industry since 1956. The association's membership includes more than 450 regular member companies operating over 800 plants and employing more than 75,000 people worldwide; an additional 200 industry suppliers are associate members.
